Policies

Prices are subject to size of pet, condition of coat and type of groom requested. In most cases, the prices referenced  are the total fees charged for full grooming on dogs that are groomed regularly between 4-8 weeks. Extra charges may apply for aggressive, unruly, or geriatric pets that require additional time and care.  Extra charges will apply for severely overweight, over-sized, or heavily matted pets.  All prices quoted are approximate charges for the breed specified when  groomed according to the breed standard.  
Additional charges apply for clipping (shave downs) double coated breeds or breeds that do not normally require clipping  i.e., Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Samoyed, Etc. 

Please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Due to the nature of mobile service, it is nearly impossible for us to fill a cancelation with short notice. Cancelations/reschedules without 48 hrs notice are subject to a charge of $50. Cancellations/ reschedules 24 hrs or less will be charged the full service amount. These fees must he paid before rebooking.

We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis.  Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known.

 We offer key service for our busy clients whom cannot always be home for every scheduled appointment. Ask your stylist for more information!

(Please note, the $50 cancellation fee may apply per pet. Stylists are compensated by the job not the hour and this time could have been given to another client.) You will receive an automated reminder 3 days prior to your appointment to help you remember to make any last minute schedule adjustments. We understand that life happens sometimes and rescheduling may be unavoidable. 

While in our care, your pet may be photographed.  We may use those photographs as well as your pets name online or in print or video form for promotional purposes only. No financial compensation of any type is associated with the taking or publication of these photographs, videos or company publications.  Publication of said Photos or videos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
